15 watt Solar panel bought from Harbor Freight for 60 dollars. Tried to heat the plant roots with the solar panel and a battery but that seem not to work.
I store a spare cordless lawn mower in the shed that where I mounted the panel. I change the battery to two 12 volts gel cells. The batteries are connected in series to run. To charge from the solar panel I change the connections to parallel. I am how cutting once a week and the runtime is more than the new cordless with the factory installed battery.

Above and below, Mailbox & lamppost climber, Morning Glory, Black-eyed Susan vine and Nasturtium grew above the post. I attach increasing lengths of bamboo. Then the uncured bamboo from my back yard broke. I plan to try PCV next year.
Sprinkler made from 1/2 inch PVC pipe. Three ten feet length drilled with the smallest number drill I have, #59, .041 PVC cement wasn't strong enough to hold for moving, I use small self tapping screws to connect the lengths of PVC.
